Our Story
Born in Chiplun.
The Vision
Chiplun deserved a proper dining experience. So we built one.
For years, Chiplun - one of the most beautiful towns along the Konkan coast - had everything a traveller could want: stunning ghats, warm people, extraordinary food culture. What it lacked was a space worthy of the experience.
Gamma was built to fill that gap. We set out to create a restaurant that felt genuinely world-class: curated cocktails, seasonal menus built around Konkan's coastal bounty, an interior that feels warm and alive, and a service culture that is as attentive as it is natural.
Pendant lights cast a golden glow over hand-picked teal upholstery, trailing plants cascade from the ceiling, and the GAMMA wall glows warm gold. Every detail was made with intention.

The Sculpture
The GAMMA wall - an organic stone slab, hand-lit in gold - is our identity made physical. Every Instagram photo taken in front of it is a story told on our behalf.
Living Greenery
A ceiling installation of trailing plants brings the Konkan coast indoors. Natural, alive, and endlessly photogenic - it changes with every season.
Warm Light
Every pendant, every spot, every candle was chosen to cast the most flattering, intimate light - because the best conversations happen in beautiful rooms.
